Call our office at 305.653.1131 to schedule an appointment for Telehealth.  

Equipment 

On the day of the appointment, find a quiet and private area.  Have access to a device (phone, computer, tablet) with a functioning camera and microphone.  Try to connect 10 minutes before scheduled appointment to troubleshoot any issues.
